hello everyone 
i havent posted here in a long time
the option "translate this page" of the explorer Mozila Firefox dont seem to work anymore  thats why i missed the latest news about Manau. can anyone please update me?
P.S. i saw a topic about RV in the forum of the official site, can someone tell me what its about? and by the way, why arent they updating the site? |

Hello,
Just to say that RV's topic is about a show he did last month.
And the webmasters of the official site are too... commercial focused... While Manau doesn't sell millions of cds... they don't give a f...
For the news, the main thing is that Martial is going to do some public apparitions, for the promotion of the new album "Seul et en Silence", next june... and it has been said that Manau is going to do a Tour too... but we don't have many informations about.

Alors, Dav a dit que Rv a fait un show en aout, mais que le site officiel n'en a pas parlé...
Et que Martial va faire qques apparitions en solo pour son nouvel album... (mais par contre je suis pas d'accord avec Dav, on a pas de date de sortie)...
Et pour les concerts de Manau, Dav, on sait qu'ils auront surement lieu... |

Il y a Manau fan qui demandait si RV a fait un nouvel album... moi je crois qu'on pourrait presque retrouver Hervé et lui consacrer un topic, avec son actu, ou un ptite interview lol. Ca parle tjs de lui côté fans, ça peut être sympa, vu que personne ne fait de concurrence à personne...

well, ok!. so, for give you an answer, i can say you all that i know!.
to start, RV and the rest of MANAU group's weren't ok together!!. so, RV has decided to go away from MANAU!!.
for continue, Martial and Cédric have make 2 others albums "fest noz de paname", and "on peut tous rever". and, with help of the forum, we waiting for the 4 album's of MANAU, and the 2 of Martial (solo)!...
for me, i have seen them 2 times!:
1 the 13/6/1999 at the toulouse zénith's
2 the 1/4/2006 at teh st-lary sports-room's (and, this evening, i have see Martial, take photo with him and talked with him!!!. i can say you that they're very sympa', cool and funny!).  
well, excuse me if i have make some errors of grammary or style, but i haved just 12/20 at BEP school-test's for speek it, and 10/20 for write it!.

Good thing you told that, that's doing a whole lot of explanation for me. It was exactly the question that was stuck in my mind all the time.
To the topic opener: as you're not from France, that'll bring me to the following question. From what country are you? Just curious. I'm from the Netherlands and I'm crazy about Manau, but I don't know anybody over here who's into them. Apart from the fact many people know "La Tribu de Dana", but that's about it. How's that about you?

i'm living in colomiers (near toulouse, A380's plane), in france. i'm 29 years old. and i listen MANAU since 9 years (so, since theyr start!). i've got "panique celtique", "fest noz de paname" and "on peut tous rêver" albums!!! (so, all theyr albums!).... i know all theyr songs!.... and, i do my singer's exercices everyday on them!. cool, isn't it??.

It seems absolutely cool to me to sing Manau songs professionally sounding. Something to be jealous of.  Have you ever sang a cover in a perform or anything?

you know, i try to start in singer job's since 14/15 years old's, but it's very hard!!!.... i try to found musicians, but it's very hard for me, because they're say me all time: "how many money we will have??"!!!....
and, i've written 4 style of songs: variety, slow, rock and rap!
and, i do my singing exercices everyday, during many of hours, since i'm 14/15 years old!.

Yeah sure! I'd enjoy that , PM me. It's pretty shitty of that musicians that they're most interested in money. Don't they give you the change to let them hear you first? That's the least thing they should do. Múst do, because otherwise it wouldn't be reasonable.
How awesome you wrote music.  That's wicked. Actually you should record something and post it at the forum. Or at YouTube. Even if it's just an acapella song. Internet is a way to be discovered too, you know..
